Noto Designs is a design agency whose mission is to make the world easier to navigate through purposeful branding. We do this by first discovering your “True North” — your why — your mission. Christa Cape · Founder and Creative Director
Christa lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin where Noto Designs is headquartered. She was born and raised in New Hampshire and studied studio art and graphic design at Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. Christa has had the pleasure of designing for companies in various industries since then. She is passionate about discovering what drives each of her clients and telling their stories visually.
When she’s not designing, you can find her making new adventures outdoors with her husband Daniel, daughter Elise, and their life-filled huskies, Louie and Togo, or in her art studio working on an oil painting (click here to see her personal work). She also greatly enjoys sharing her faith and actively serving at Spring Lake Church.
CALEB SMITH · Senior Experience Designer
Caleb is an Experience Designer from Cincinnati, OH. He has the privilege of being married to his beautiful wife Chelsea and running/playing around with his dog Alphie. He enjoys photography and illustration, especially the comic series he creates with his brother called “Tanner and Peebles” — click here. Along with being a nerd of everything fantasy/sci-fi, he loves studying Christian theology and philosophy and serving at his church in their Youth Group ministry.
CHRIS ROBINSON · Web Developer
Chris has been involved in website design and development for over 10 years. During that time, his roles have varied from design and development work to sales and marketing. He is very active with his church, Journey Community Church as the Welcome Team Leader. He enjoys the countless amazing things to do in Green Bay, such as Gamblers and Bullfrogs games, Miracle League games, campfires with friends, and anything else he finds to enjoy the adventure of life.
SHIRLEY BLANCHARD · Copywriter and Editor
Shirley lives in Green Bay with her husband, Wayne. She is a former educator with a natural inclination towards literacy, communication, organization, and attention to detail. Shirley has a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
The copywriting process begins with in-depth research which allows Shirley to create copy that reflects a tone and voice that is unique to her client. She is committed to writing copy that reflects company values and accurately portrays the services and products offered by her clients. Her goal when editing copy or proofreading is to improve the consistency, accuracy, and readability of a written piece or website pages.
Shirley also loves spending quality time with family and enjoys being in the outdoors.
DANIEL CAPE · Co-Founder and Business Manager
Daniel was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and greatly enjoys living so close to his family. He married Christa in 2015 and has loved every minute of marriage.
Outside of Noto Designs, Daniel has worked as a financial advisor for Cape Financial Group since 2017. Daniel graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. When not in the office, Daniel is hiking with his wife and his dogs, Louie and Togo; cross-country skiing; down-hill skiing; biking; refereeing soccer matches across the country; and rooting for the Packers.
